Seller and scope<\/h2><p>FarrierEurope is a brand of ACTIVIDADES FLOR DE LIRIO, S.L.U., Spanish tax ID B22387260, registered at C\/ Afueras, s\/n, 22193 Y\u00e9queda (Huesca), Spain. Contact: <a href=\"mailto:clientes@farriereurope.com\">clientes@farriereurope.com<\/a>. These terms govern purchases made on farriereurope.com.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Products and buyers<\/h2><p>The catalogue presents farriery, hoof care and equestrian equipment. Variants, sales units and features are described on each product page. Buyers must provide accurate information and have legal capacity to contract. Consumer rights apply when purchasing outside a business or professional activity.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Prices and taxes<\/h2><p>The currency is the euro. Prices and the order summary show the taxes applicable to the transaction. Shipping is shown separately before you confirm. Optional extras are only added if you expressly choose them.<\/p><p>For international transactions, taxation depends on the destination and transaction requirements. A business exemption is not automatically applied by entering a company name. Any destination customs duties and import taxes are not considered included in shipping.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Ordering process<\/h2><p>You can select products and variants, review your basket, enter your details and address, check the delivery charge and total, and choose an available payment method. You can correct your details before clicking the button that places an order with an obligation to pay.<\/p><p>You can browse the store and place your order in Spanish, English, French, Portuguese, German or Italian. Contracts are concluded in Spanish; the other language versions make the store easier to consult. If you need clarification about your order documents, contact us before confirming your purchase.<\/p><p>Your order confirmation and the applicable terms will be provided on a durable medium, such as email. Customers with an account can view their order details in the relevant account area. Keep the confirmation you receive.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Payment and availability<\/h2><p>Only the methods displayed during checkout may be used. Banking or payment-service passwords will not be requested by email. We will respond within the applicable statutory time limit and, where the issue is a consumer complaint, within one month at the latest. Spanish law applies, respecting the mandatory protection applicable to consumers according to their residence and the applicable jurisdiction rules.
