To check the exact shipping cost before placing an order, add the items to your basket and enter the delivery country, county or region and postcode. The charge will be shown before you confirm your order and pay.
Delivery destinations
We deliver to destinations in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden, subject to the territorial restrictions below.
- Spain: mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Delivery is not available to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
- Portugal: mainland only. Madeira and the Azores are outside our delivery area.
- France: mainland France, excluding Corsica. Delivery is not available to French overseas territories.
Delivery availability and the final cost are confirmed from your address and postcode before payment. Shipping is not offered to countries outside this list or to territories with no available delivery option. If your destination is not listed, contact us before preparing your order.
Estimated delivery times
Estimated delivery ranges from 24 hours to 7 working days, depending on the destination and item availability. If you need your order by a specific date, contact us before you buy.
The availability of each variant is shown on the product page. During checkout, you can see the shipping options available for your chosen destination.
Unless another period is agreed, consumer purchases will be delivered within the statutory maximum of 30 days from conclusion of the contract. Any availability or delivery issue will be communicated and the applicable rights honoured.

The general estimated delivery time is 24 hours to 7 working days, depending on the destination and availability. The express label alone does not guarantee delivery within 24 hours or on a specific date. If you need your order by a particular date, contact us before choosing the service.
Problems on receiving the order
If you notice damage or an item is missing, report it to clientes@farriereurope.com with your order number and a description. Photographs may help resolve the issue, but they are not a condition of exercising your legal rights. The risk of loss or damage passes when you take physical possession of the order, subject to the legal exceptions applicable to transport arranged by the consumer.
