Returns and cancellation rights

These terms describe the rights applicable to consumer distance purchases. Business purchases are governed by the agreement and applicable legislation, without automatically granting the same withdrawal rules.

14 days to notify cancellation

If you buy as a consumer and the general EU rules apply, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, either yourself or through a person you designate other than the carrier. If an order contains goods delivered separately, the period begins when the last item is received.

Send your unequivocal decision to clientes@farriereurope.com or in writing to ACTIVIDADES FLOR DE LIRIO, S.L.U., C/ Afueras, s/n, 22193 Yéqueda (Huesca), Spain. You can use the cancellation template, although this is not compulsory. Sending the notification before the deadline is sufficient; prior authorisation is not needed to exercise this right.

Return the items

Send the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after your notification. Write to us to coordinate the return address and transport; this coordination does not limit your rights. Protect the goods to prevent damage during transport.

You will bear the direct return cost if informed of this before buying. For goods that cannot normally be returned by post, the cost or a reasonable estimate must be communicated before contracting. If legally required information has not been provided, the statutory rules making the trader responsible for costs will apply.

Refund

We will refund payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and within 14 calendar days of being informed of your withdrawal. Any supplement for a more expensive delivery option voluntarily chosen instead of standard delivery will not be refunded.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been returned, whichever occurs first, unless we are responsible for collecting them. The same payment method will be used unless you expressly agree to another method that incurs no charges for you.

Condition of items and exceptions

You may examine the product as you reasonably would in a shop. You are only liable for a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. The absence of the original packaging does not, by itself, remove the right of withdrawal.

Legal exceptions may apply, among others, to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, and certain sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. An exception does not apply generally to all tools or care products: it must legally apply to the item and have been disclosed where required.

Errors, damage and lack of conformity

A return due to a defect or an error is handled differently from a simple change of mind. Tell us about the issue so that we can apply the appropriate legal remedy without passing on costs that the seller must bear. Please also see our warranty information.
