We do not request specially protected data for commercial enquiries. Provide only necessary information and avoid including passwords or full card details. If consent-based promotional communications are enabled, consent will be separate and may be withdrawn.

Recipients and suppliers

Data may be processed by hosting, email and technical support providers serving the controller under the applicable commitments. Hosting and email are provided through Dinahosting. Cloudflare participates in the domain infrastructure according to the technical services enabled.

For purchases, essential data may be shared with carriers, payment providers and professional advisers to fulfil the transaction, and with public bodies or authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the safeguards required by the GDPR must be in place, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses and, where appropriate, supplementary measures. You may request information about providers and safeguards applicable to your processing through the stated email address.

Enquiries are retained while being handled and for the period needed to address possible liabilities. Account data is kept while the relationship continues, subject to retention obligations. Tax and commercial documents are retained for the applicable statutory periods; as a general reference, four years for tax obligations and six years for commercial documentation, subject to interruptions or other specific periods. Once use is no longer necessary, data will be erased or blocked where legally required.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability where applicable. You may also withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Send your request to the controller's email or postal address. Additional information to verify your identity will only be requested where necessary and proportionate.

If you believe your rights have not been properly addressed, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency or the competent supervisory authority.
