Guarantees and after-sales service

Statutory warranty

For sales of new goods to consumers subject to Spanish law, the seller is liable for non-conformities that become apparent within three years of delivery. Those appearing in the first two years are presumed to have existed at delivery, unless proved otherwise or incompatible with the nature of the goods or defect.

This protection is separate from any additional commercial guarantee. If a product comes with a commercial guarantee, consult the relevant documentation for its terms. For international purchases, any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply will also be respected.

Available solutions

Where goods do not conform to the contract, you may request repair or replacement under the statutory terms, free of charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. Price reduction or contract termination applies in the cases provided by law. Necessary remedy costs, including transport, materials or labour where applicable, will not be passed to the consumer.

Report a problem

Email clientes@farriereurope.com with your order number, the product and a description of what happened. You may attach images to help identify the problem. Keep the item and purchase documentation until you receive instructions on how to proceed.

Normal wear and damage caused by misuse do not, by themselves, constitute non-conformity. Each case must be assessed under the law; this statement does not remove liability for defects or statutory presumptions.

Professional purchases

When the buyer acts within a business or professional activity, the contractual and legal rules applicable to that transaction apply. Consumer time limits are not automatically extended to such purchases.
